Ledger restaurant is hiring for its early June opening. The renovation of the former Salem Savings Bank building (circa 1818) is underway and the original 19th-century beauty of the space will be displayed. This historically unique location will house the new restaurant from Matt O'Neil chef/owner of The Blue Ox in Lynn. O'Neil is excited to collaborate with Executive Chef, Daniel Gursha, formerly of Bambara, Cambridge and A Voce and Bouley in New York City, offering a progressive New England concept, where traditional 19th-century dishes, cocktails, and techniques will be elevated with 21st-century resources. Ledger will open with dinner service seven nights a week, with brunch and lunch service expanded after opening.
