Ashleigh Moraga, Events Director
Ashleigh Moraga joined the Ledger team in 2018; a move that brought both her career and personal life back to her North Shore roots and passion for events and marketing. Born and raised in Lynnfield, Moraga left home to head south for college, graduating from The University of Tampa in 2010. After college, she returned back to New England, launching her career in event planning for an IT start-up in Boston.
Moraga spent a few years in product management and IT sales, but felt a natural pull back to event planning. Pursuing this interest, she dove into the Boston and North Shore restaurant and event scenes, and has since opened and operated numerous venues, including overseeing the Lynnfield, Dedham and Burlington locations of the interactive bowling and arcade concept, Kings.
Moraga’s experience and expertise was quickly expanding, and Oracle, the multinational computer technology corporation, recognized her value; the company recruited her for a sales position, which she accepted. She then spent more than two years with The Aquitaine Group, as the multi-restaurant company’s Director and Events and Marketing, where she opened Aquitaine and managed Gaslight Brasserie du Coin.
In April of 2018 she took the next step in her career, joining the Ledger team as Director of Events. In this role, Moraga is dedicated to customer service and creating relationships with clients through genuine connections. Whether it’s a birthday party, graduation celebration, wedding, or simply an excuse for a get together, Moraga leaves no stone unturned when it comes to creating memorable event experiences.
Moraga prides herself on creativity and innovation. She knows her way around a Pinterest board, and is the voice behind Ledger’s social media. Her dedication to detail and seamless execution allows clients and guests the ability to take a deep breath and a tall pour of wine, truly embracing the joy of the event.
